Chairman Sǎrmaç talked about communications, he mentioned that we are facing these days the first “Hybrid” war in the world, because the battles are not just on the ground, but it is also present in the digital yard (Social network). He stated that the Ukrainians are completely dominating the global battle from hearts and minds of the people, and this is because of the videos from Ukrainians that went viral, they have captured the world’s attentions and are the ones that are telling the stories, the personal story of the victims and of the heroes of this war.

He stated that communications are today very important, and a resilient communication infrastructure is one of the pillars of any powerful and secure state.
