International business development and government relations executive with 25 years of experience across telecoms, digital services and secure communications. Based in Luxembourg, I work across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia.
My career has included roles at Deutsche Telekom, Huawei, Zain/Celtel and, currently, Telio Group. I develop new markets, institutional partnerships and senior government relationships, navigating complex commercial, regulatory and public-sector environments.
Recently, I led Telio’s entry into Kenya, securing the company’s first East African partnership agreement with the State Department for Correctional Services and supporting the establishment of the company’s local subsidiary.
Having lived and worked in nine countries and travelled professionally to more than 70, I bring a global perspective and the ability to build trust across markets, cultures and institutions.
