Joey Sarte Salceda is a Filipino economist and politician who formerly served as the Representative for Albay’s 2nd district and long-time Chairperson of the Philippine House Committee on Ways and Means. In July 2026, he left his congressional post to join the Cabinet of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. as the Secretary of the Presidential Legislative Liaison Office (PLLO).
