Michael B. Greenwald is the Global Head of Financial Innovation and Digital Assets at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he also leads Global Executive Relations, pioneering thought leadership on artificial intelligence within the Worldwide Public Sector Business. In this capacity, he collaborates with US and international governments to integrate cloud computing into their systems and drive responsible emerging technology innovation in the public sector.
Prior to joining AWS, Greenwald was a managing director leading Digital Asset Education and served as Chief Geopolitical Risk Officer at AlTi Global, contributing to the firm’s growth from $12 billion to $50 billion in assets under management. Before AlTi Global was founded, Michael served as a Director of its predecessor company Tiedemann Advisors, where he was responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing their advisors to provide solutions that address the challenges of stewardship of wealth over generations.
