I am the General Counsel for Compliance and the Director of Government Relations at Quantinuum, the world’s largest quantum computing company. In these roles, I oversee compliance efforts and lead government relations and policy strategy for Quantinuum. Previously, I was an attorney in the Privacy and Technology Transactions group at Orrick LLP where I focused on tech mergers, CCPA and GDPR regulation, and cybersecurity.
I am a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US and CIPP/E) for both American Privacy Law and GDPR, and I hold graduate certificates in AI and Business from Wharton and in Blockchain and Quantum Computing from MIT. I am a co-founder and former chair of the Quantum Economic Development Consortium (QED-C)’s Legal Committee and an adjunct professor of law at Vanderbilt and Loyola Law Schools, where I teach 4 classes on emerging technologies.
