Vladimir Socor (1945–2025) was a prominent Romanian-American political analyst and Senior Fellow at the Jamestown Foundation. He was an internationally recognized expert on post-Soviet states, specializing in regional security, ethnic conflicts, and energy policies across Eastern Europe, the South Caucasus, and Central Asia.
