Hon. Baroness Neville-Jones said that the lesson that Russia learnt was that land grab could be achieved at low cost and the war in Ukraine is a consequence of inaction over the seizure of Crimea and that we must accept that. She pointed out that there’s a very big diplomatic agenda ahead of us, the time has come to stop drifting and get on with the work and it requires us to knuckle down and face the fact that we have some very hard work ahead.
